The police, fire department and other civil protection organizations of the state Baden-Württemberg will present their daily work at the Fan Zone Schlossplatz, Planie and Eckensee.

While in two days in the Host City Stuttgart it will be decided whether the German or Spanish team will advance to one of the two semi-finals and can continue to dream of winning the European Championship 2024, the Host City Stuttgart is already looking ahead to the next match-free day on July 7. The focus in Stuttgart will then be on all the emergency services that ensure that major events such as UEFA EURO 2024 can take place safely. The police, fire department and other civil protection organizations of the state Baden-Württemberg will present their daily work at the Fan Zone Schlossplatz, Planie and Eckensee. The police present their new mobile police station, which is being used for the first time at UEFA EURO 2024. Stuttgart says THANK YOU! to all volunteer and full-time emergency services and is organizing a Blue Light Day for young and old under the motto WE SAVE YOUR LIFE! Visitors will gain an insight into the many different areas of operation and can look forward to numerous attractions and stations in the heart of Stuttgart. From 12 noon, the Fan Zone Schlossplatz and the other locations on Planie and at Eckensee will open their doors for the Blue Light Day. There will also be an exciting supporting program in the Fan Zones Marktplatz, Karlsplatz and Schillerplatz with a variety of activities and concerts and plenty of gastronomic highlights.

FAN ZONE SCHLOSSPLATZ:

The Fan Zone Schlossplatz invites football fans to enjoy public viewing throughout the UEFA EURO 2024. All matches of the European Football Championship will be broadcast live on two large screens. In front of a unique city backdrop and together with fans from all over the world, a stadium-like atmosphere will be created. But there is also a varied program for culture and music enthusiasts away from the soccer matches. The Blue Light Day WE SAVE YOUR LIFE! will take place in the Fan Zone Schlossplatz on July 7. Visitors will be able to gain an insight into the daily work of emergency services from various organizations. There will be numerous attractions and stations, such as the fire department's impressive diving container and the DRF Luftrettung rescue helicopter. The varied stage program in the Fan Zone Schlossplatz will be a special experience for the audience with performances by the Federal Police Orchestra, the Baden-Württemberg State Police Orchestra and the Stuttgart Fire Brigade's music band.
